Safe Return to Campus - Guide for Students

Return to campus of students will be phased and gradual, in-line with the approach outlined here.

While we are planning for a return to campus at the beginning of Term 3, we recognise that some students will still be unable to return - which is why we will also maintain or prepare online alternatives for Term 3. We do expect the recommencement of many face-to-face tutorials and practicals, however all lectures will remain online. You can find all current courses offerings in the UNSW class timetable

A broad outline of our planned phased approach to the resumption of on-campus learning and activity is here.

If you are an HDR candidate or Honours research student see here for information about your return to campus.

The timing of your return to campus is different depending on what type of student you are. A broad outline of our phased approach to the resumption of on-campus learning and activity is here.

Currently only campus-dependent HDR and Honours research students can apply to be on campus via their Supervisor. If you are an HDR or Honours research student see here for more information about your return to campus.

Information on exact timing and guidance for the safe return to campus of other student cohorts will be provided in due course.

We are being deliberately cautious and taking a phased approach to the return of campus activity. This will allow us to prepare our campuses and update and test our policies and practices so that we ensure a safe return for everyone.

This is why only students and staff with explicit permission are allowed on campus. Your co-operation and support are crucial for a successful and safe return to campus activity.
